The moment you enter the clinic, you’re welcomed with a warm smile and a clean, inviting environment. I was even offered coffee options, including fancy coffees which was such a lovely touch as I haven't had coffee yet during my morning appointment with Patricia! Both over the phone and in person, Patricia has been incredibly patient, coordinating appointments around both my schedule and my son’s. Even though we’ve moved farther away from the Britannia area, we chose to continue my son’s braces with them because of their professionalism and friendliness. They take the time to walk you through the full treatment plan and clearly explain all financial details. We truly appreciate their honesty and care. ~ Ana D

We had our initial visit to Impact Orthodontics today and wow. The staff from the moment you enter to when you leave were outstanding. The most in-depth examination we’ve ever had. The staff offered full explanations of all treatment options. They also took time to listen to our questions and we’re very engaging with my daughter, which she really appreciated. The staff are extremely friendly- my son was at complete ease during the entire consult. They took a DIGITAL impression which took just a few minutes - so much easier than the traditional method!
